I Have Pain And Numbness In The Joints On My

I have pain and numbness in the joints on my fingers. I get rash like area's at the joints and then those areas blister up. I have photos of these area's. I have been diagnosed with chronic gout now for over 4 years. This was misdiagnosed previously and I had to ask them to do a uric acid test.
Diagnosed with neuropathy, chronic gout, arthritis, and type II diabetes.
I have managed the type II diabetes with diet now, but the rest have caused my life to turn upside down.
This has become a disability doing my work and recreational activity.
