I Have Pain And Pressure In My Back And Pelvic

I have pain and pressure in my back and pelvic region. Blood in my urine and pain with utinating and burning. My urine test came back negative last evening. I had been drinking water prior to the test several bottles to the point that my urine was clear. Could that be the reason why I tested negative?
