I Have Pain And Some Restricted Motion In My Ring

I have pain and some restricted motion in my ring finger in my dominant hand with discomfort in the ball of my hand directly below my finger. There is minimal swelling in the finger as the day progresses. This has been present for approximately 18 days. I have had multiple hand surgeries; carpal tunnel, thumb joint replacement and De quervaines. I have also been diagnosed with arthritis in my middle finger.
