I Have Pain And Tenderness To The Touch In Midsection

I have pain and tenderness to the touch in midsection of left abdomen. seem to have a lot of bloating-gas-belching after meals.. the tenderness was periodically now it is there most of the time..not sure if it is a related symptom but I get very flushed on the left side of my face also..
