I Have Pain Around Collar Bone And Up Sides Of

I have pain around collar bone and up sides of neck and around ears -- Have already been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and A Fib upon even just slight exertion. None of the Drs. seem to qualify this as chest pain---Do you have any ideas what might be causing this or what it is?
