I Have Pain Around My Shoulder Blade That Mimics A

I have pain around my shoulder blade that mimics a cric neck but it radiates down my shoulder to my left arm and makes my arm have a numbing pain in it I straighten it out or lay it across my husband. I have had a little dizziness today too. That pain in my shoulder blade that goes down my arm has been off and on for two weeks now.
