I Have Pain At My Left Temple. It Isn't A

I have pain at my left temple. It isn't a sharp pain, but a dull pain pretty consistant pain. I am a coffee drinker, and also drink wine. I take medicine for high Cholesterol. It is localized to my left temple only, not the rest of my head. any suggestions as to what this could be?
