I Have Pain Behind Right Eye, Top Right Side Of

I have pain behind right eye, top right side of nose/nasal passages, temple pain & tingling/burning sensation, ear pain...a burning sensation, jaw pain, swollen glands in neck all on the right side. I am a 45 year old female. I started noticing this in the fall of 2013 which was right around the same time I had a retinal stroke/occlusion in my right eye. I have had right sided headaches for years. I assumed the strange feelings were because of the occlusion, but the more I read, it doesn't seem that there should be this type of feelings associated with it. Preceding the occlusion I had strange sensations/pain on my right side which made it hard to concentrate etc. What I have noticed in the past 2 years is that there are times the symptoms almost completely disappear and then they come back. My summer was pretty much symptom free...then fall hit and it's all back. My vision in my right eye becomes worse too. I am wondering if this could be sinus related. About 4 years ago I had an MRI relating to headaches. There were no problems on it except the Dr. said there was one sinus that didn't drain. She didn't say which one, and at the time I had no real problems. I do notice that my right sinuses are "stuffy". Not usually totally plugged, just not as clear as the left.
It makes me feel quite miserable and difficult to be productive.
