I Have Pain (cramping Stabbing Pain) With Urination Or Having

I have pain (cramping stabbing pain) with urination or having a bowel movement centered just above my pelvis midline where my bladder is. The pain stays for at least an hour after I use the bathroom. I recently had a cystoscopy that was normal, pelvic exam that was normal. I was told I was constipated but yesterday I had 12 hours of painful diarrhea. Today the diarrhea is gone. I took a Ditropan for my bladder which helped for a while but now the cramping and pain with urination is back.
