I Have Pain From My Left Ear Down My Jaw

I have pain from my left ear down my jaw line and underneath my jaw. It is also very tender and somewhat swollen where my lymph node is. All on the left side. Inner ear also hurts with sharp pain under my three back teeth on the left side. I have had some dental work on that side and realize that I could have another abscess but would that cause issues with the gland and lymph nodes on that side?
