I Have Pain In Both My Arms At Random Times.

I have pain in both my arms at random times. It is very odd. It starts on both my sides, up into both breasts and in the upper arms but not in my shoulders. It is like Charlie horse. I can be sitting still and doing absolutely nothing. I tried to lift a mattress the other day, it was awkward and heavy and am hoping for a really bad pulled muscle.
