I Have Pain In Both My Feet Mainly On The

I have pain in both my feet mainly on the balls of my toes. All blood work is good I have regular screenings at my physician and have asked them about it he thinks it's my shoes but have changed shoes and insoles. I have vertebrae in my neck that is messed up surgeon has told me not to do surgery cause the outco.e would be worse than me living with it. I have pain and numbness in my right arm and right hand from this. My question is could the pain in my feet (mainly after being on them all day) be associated with what is going on in my neck with the pinched nerves.
