I Have Pain In Left Hip And Increasingly Can't Bring

I have pain in left hip and increasingly can't bring my foot up to my knee and it hurts to put my socks and shoes on. I also have pain in my upper arms, particularly after I do hot yoga. About four weeks ago I stopped all caffeine, sugar and gluten and I still feel pain and some weakness in my legs and arms. What could be the cause?
