I Have Pain In My Abdominal Area Some Times Worse

I have pain in my abdominal area some times worse than other times. The pain is painful when needing to go for a wee. I have a little back lower pain also comming. When going for a wee I feel like I still need to go for a wee still. What can this be? Had it for near to a week.
