I Have Pain In My Back Between My Shoulder Blades,

I have pain in my back between my shoulder blades, stiffness in my neck, and pain when I tilt my neck back. But Urgent care ruled out meningitis. My hands feel numb. my throat is sore. And hydrocodone and muscle relaxants as well as hot and cold compresses have done nothing.
