I Have Pain In My Bicep That Has Begun Limiting

I have pain in my bicep that has begun limiting my range of motion in that arm. The pain has progressed toward my shoulder. I have not injured my arm to my knowledge and do not preform repetitive motions on a daily basis. What home remedy should I try at home?
