I Have Pain In My Chest (right In The Middle)

I have pain in my chest (right in the middle) when breathing in.
Ive been breathing shallow bc it hurts if I breathe in deep.

It's like the pain I get when I run in very cold weather outside.
You know the pain in your air way... like you swollowed something spicy in the wrong hole...

But I'm home all day lately preparing finals....

I have had this pain occasionally but never this bad...

What should I do?
