I Have Pain In My Chest When I Swallow Food

I have pain in my chest when I swallow food or drinks. It's not throat pain. It starts to hurt about halfway down and quits past my heart. It also sends a pain into my ear and head. I recently had a tooth pulled. The pain started the day after extraction. My gums are also inflamed and painful.
