I Have Pain In My Elbow When Moving Extending Or

I have pain in my elbow when moving extending or twisting pain. worse when i wake up morning and move my arm..aches all day shoot down to my wrist up to my shoulder..also keep getting tingling of pins and needles through my arm. I now have a lump in the crease of my arm with i can feel and is a little sore.
What is it and should i be worried.
I just asumed this was tennis elbow.
