I Have Pain In My Eyes And Sinuses Since I

I have pain in my eyes and sinuses since I had a crowned cracked tooth extracted in July 2015. The ENT suggested a netty pot daily and 2 squirts of Nasacort in each nostril. I went to see the pharmacist because of the increased pain and he suggested a sterile nasal spray instead of the netty pot. I am still doing the Nasacort but don't get to see the ENT again til Friday to see if I need surgery. Any other relief?
