I Have Pain In My Forearms And Now Moving To

I have pain in my forearms and now moving to my finger joints, and feel achy and just zapped of energy. I felt this way a couple of weeks ago and went to the doctor and he gave me a prednisone dose pack and a shot of toradol. Vi felt better until the steroids were gone....well, the shot did nothing. Do you have any ideas?
