I Have Pain In My Head Doused In The Sinus

I have pain in my head doused in the sinus area the moves toward the front of my face. It is accompanied by pressure in my chest. EKG and echocardiogram were normal. High blood pressure
Nervousness is exacerbated when my head is held down-have a ex of hypothyroidism.
