I Have Pain In My Left Eye It Is Worse

I have pain in my left eye it is worse at night when I lay down I have trouble chewing my eyelids are puffy I have taken 2 ten day runs of antibotics and an one of predisone. this has been going on for a month. when I lay on the left side it shoots pain through my head and eye.
