I have pain in my left inside shoulder. I have limited mobility in raising my arm. I went to Cuba from January 13 - 20 with hardly any symptoms of pain. Over the past week left shoulder range of motion has increasingly become less and less. Yesterday the range motion reduced but not limited as it is today.
