I Have Pain In My Left Shoulder. It Is Around

I have pain in my left shoulder. It is around the shoulder blade and it goes up into the top of my shoulder where the arm attaches. I had pleurisy about a month ago and this is not the same pain. It feels better and then it hurts. It seems to come and go. I'm just wondering what this might be.
