I Have Pain In My Left Shoulder That Triggers Up
I have pain in my left shoulder that triggers up the back of my neck. The pain is so bad at times that it takes a lot of effort to keep my head up. It happened twice over the past 2 months & the pain lasts almost a week. I just woke up with this pain. can it be that I slept wrong?
