I Have Pain In My Left Tentacle. It Travels Up

I have pain in my left tentacle. it travels up into my stomach. The pains are moderate and go to severe sharp pains. fells like a needle or something is pinching inside. the tube that comes from the top is swollen and hurts severely to touch. really hurts when trying to sleep and first thing waking up it hurts so bad I can barely walk. and started about 4 to 5 days ago the first day it started it went away and was only a minor aching, and the second day I woke up in pain. it also accompanies low back pain. the testicle hurts to rhythm of my heartbeat and pushing to urinate. my left abdomen area feels sore inside and now in my very left lower torso area, and joint areas hurt and have a weird achy tingely feel upon touching and even worse when applying any pressure.
I went to the hospital yesterday. was told it was epiditamitis. was put on antibiotics and given minor pain medicine that does not help at all.. what is this going on and what do I do now..? its getting worse..
