I Have Pain In My Left Upper Arm When I

I have pain in my left upper arm when I reach back for say the seat belt. It immediately becomes painful and when I stop the movement or bring my arm to a normal relaxed position the pain goes away. Is this rotator cuff pain? It seems to be centered in the deltoid muscle.
