I Have Pain In My Legs And Arms. At Night

I have pain in my legs and arms. At night my arms and legs will jerk. I have be on pain meds on and off.for 15 years, I get pain block.shoots that make my legs dead for hours after the shop. Sometime the pain goes away after the shot but comes back later. Sometimes I use a cream in areas that hurt and the pain will move about a foot away. By the end of the night I have put the cream all over my body. I have been taking less meds over the year to get off the pills but now it's worst then ever.i take hydromphon. Nothing has helped me in years. I don't sleep well becausee of the pain and jerks. I haven worked in two years,everything I did I don't do anymore.. Help
