I Have Pain In My Legs, Mostly Calves, Much More

I have pain in my legs, mostly calves, much more severe in right leg where it starts in calf then works its way up my leg, I had vericose veins and had vein oblation surgery nearly two years ago. Ultra sound doesn't show dbt although there is a small clot just beneath the skin behind right knee. Pain is fairly severe at times. Thank you
