I Have Pain In My Liver Area When I'm Hungry.

I have pain in my liver area when I'm hungry. What could it be? History: In January of 2015 I had a fast (water only) for 7 days. After breaking the fast, I started having pain in the upper right side (liver area) only in the mornings. Getting up would help with the pain. I had ultrasound done of the right side of abdomen (including both kidneys). It came back normal. Now a year later it is to the point when I have it any time I am hungry. Please help.
