I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen, I Had A

I have pain in my lower abdomen, I had a hysterectomy and surgeries, 3 C-sections. I have a donut shape in my lower abdomen due to all of those surgeries, but am now experience pain. When I press in that area it does not hurt, but when walking it does. Weird right? What could it be. I don't want to go to my doctor unless I need to.
