I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen And Clearish Discharge

I have pain in my lower abdomen and clearish discharge like i do when i ovulate at times , greater when I am about to pass gas. for a week now i have had fluttering in the abdomen also. no missed periods. tubes tied. ovulation often painful, but that should have happened last week. I menstruate about 10-12 days each month, 4 days heavy the rest spotty.
