I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen, First Is In

I have pain in my lower abdomen, first is in my right lower abdomen and now its in the left lower abdomen. I went to a doctor here in the Philippines after they diagnosed it says my kedneys bladders, appendix are normal i said maybe my intestines so she gave me metronidazole and amoxicillin. But 1week 4 days it hurts.
