I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen From 2 Weeks.

I have pain in my lower abdomen from 2 weeks. I have ultrasound today and it said i have minimal fluid in my douglass pouch. Im unmarried but sexually active. I dnt want let my parents know.what does this report means? Should i confidently concern any doctor along with my mom?
