I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen, Like Gastrointestinal Pain.

I have pain in my lower abdomen, like gastrointestinal pain. I thought it was caused by drinking soda today but now I have blood in my stool and diarreha. I think its caused by my poor eating habits but now the pain is increasing, like belly bloat and gasiness
