I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomen, Runny Bowel Movements

I have pain in my lower abdomen, runny bowel movements and it feels like it isn't all coming out each time I go. My lower abdomen is tender, I have slight nausea and do not feel like eating much. The pain is worse when I move around but doesn't hurt as bad when I am lying down, with long periods of time when lying down with little to no pain.
