I Have Pain In My Lower Abdomin. It Started Two

I have pain in my lower abdomin. It started two days ago with a belly ache and the urge to move my bowels. I typically don't have a bowel movement but every 2-3 days or even longer so this urge was unusual for me. I felt I cleaned myself out but still had the pain in my lower abdomin and the urge. Yesterday as I finished moving my bowels I noticed blood clots from my rectim so I tried not moving my bowels after that. The pain feels like gas which isn't constant, comes and goes. It's uncomfortable and worries me as I feel something is wrong. I feel tired and noticed I get real hot every now and then.
