I Have Pain In My Lower Back (left Side) In

I have pain in my lower back (left side) in the morning. Sudden stabbing pain but when I start moving around, it goes away. I also have the sensation of occasionally smelling blood (like that of a heavy period). I am thinking it may be due to the way I am sitting in a chair at work....?
