I Have Pain In My Lower Back Which Radiates Through

I have pain in my lower back which radiates through to my lower abdomen on the left side. Its been there off and on for a month or so. Ive had lower back problems before and had it fused, so that's a familiar pain, but this feels different . How concerned should I be? What does it sound like to you?
