I Have Pain In My Lower Left Side, Sensitive To

I have pain in my lower left side, sensitive to the touch and hurts to walk. When I get up the pain moves all the way across the front of my lower abdomen. It feels sort of like to many sit-ups only lower down. I also have a sore on my upper lip and my teeth hurt and the side of my face is sensitive to the touch.
