I Have Pain In My Lower Right Side In My

I have pain in my lower right side in my back which the pain also radiates around to my lower right abdomen . I have been checked for appendix , I have no gall bladder but I also still have my uterus and overuse . The pain is unbearable sometimes I can't lay on my right side
