I Have Pain In My Mouth: Not My Throat But

I have pain in my mouth: not my throat but where my tonsils used to be. I used to take Pseudoephedrine and an antihistamine because I had fluid in my eustachian tube that made me pop my ears very often. I left my medication at home while I'm on a family vacation. What can I take?
