I Have Pain In My Muscles. This Has Gone On

I have pain in my muscles. This has gone on for a few years. Especially my lower right back, which i have had PT and have seen a chiropractor for. My general physician tells me to take ibuprofen. Also.f I do anything with my arms-shoveling snow,raking leaves, etc. I have pain in my chest for weeks after. My physician says it is musclar. I am a 66 year old female
