I Have Pain In My Right Groin Area... If I

I have pain in my right groin area... if I try and sit in butterfly position it strains, bringing my knee to my chest creates a pinching sensations. The pain also radiates down my leg and I can feel it in the back of my knee and upper glute. Attempting to my foot/ leg/knee outwards creates pain along with an internal rotation.
