I Have Pain In My Right Heel - Like A

I have pain in my right heel - like a ball is in there. Sometimes I will get a pain shooting from the heel towards the big toe while in the process of taking a step. Other times, it feels like a cramp in the heel. It is especially painful after sitting, or first thing in the morning I can hardly put any weight on it.
