I Have Pain In My Right Hip Bone That Radiates

I have pain in my right hip bone that radiates to front of leg but also pain into my lower back. I have already received steroid injection both in my hip and back along L4 disk area.
Has not helped. I am now having severe hot flashes and fatigue.
Please help me .
