I Have Pain In My Right Jaw. It Also Seems

I have pain in my right jaw. It also seems to be out of alignment. I find at night I am clenching my teeth. 3 weeks ago I woke up with a terrible pain there. 2 days later the pain went away, but still found myself clenching, and pain now comes and go's. Would I go see a doctor, or a dentist about this?
