I Have Pain In My Right Leg On The Back

I have pain in my right leg on the back of my calf. It's always there and it feels like I've had a bad cramp but I haven't. I also have pain in my left arm around my elbow it's like it locks up sometimes and feels like it's the tendons not in the joint. Any suggestions or thoughts on what it could be?
