I Have Pain In My Right Side And Hip Area.

I have pain in my right side and hip area. Have had pain in my low back for a very long time, walking is slow and very hard the legs and knees struggle to hold me up. Could it be my gall bladder? This pain today is new and breath taking. I am scheduled to fly to CA this evening and want to be sure it is OK. thanks
